• If we have recently completed a web site project for you, you are entitled to 30-days of free customer service. Simply fill out the form below to fill us in on a bug or a tweak you'd like us to fix. Turn-around time for your requests may take as long as two weeks.
• If you are a Pay-As-You-Go customer or not a current client, we will analyze your support request and respond to you shorty with a quote for your support. Turn-around time for your requests may take as long as two weeks.
• If you are an Annual Service Plan customer, your requests will get top billing in our support queue. Remember, we're happy to offer you 25% off billing for all hours in excess of those allotted with your plan.
